近视别超过这个度数！后果真的很可怕

根据教育部2024年6月公布的数据，我国高中生近视率已经达到了81.2%。

只要近视，患上视网膜裂孔、视网膜脱离、脉络膜新生血管等眼底疾病的风险就会上升。

但一般来说，只要不超过这个危险度数，风险就不大。

这个危险度数就是：600度

600度是高度近视的诊断标准，眼睛近视达到600度的人，眼轴长度会超过26毫米。

眼轴被拉得过长，视网膜就会被拉成薄薄一片，如果近视度数持续上涨，视网膜“裂开”的风险就会急剧上升。

如果没有得到有效控制，最终的后果就是不可逆性致盲。

所以，如果你现在近视度数在600度以下，一定要注意科学用眼，学习一段时间后让眼睛歇一歇。

如果你的近视度数超过了600度，除了科学用眼外，每年需进行一次眼底检查，尽早发现可能发生的病变并采取补救措施。

此外，长期单手摘、戴眼镜，可能会使镜框一高一低，或者镜片一前一后，佩戴这种变形的眼镜，会加重近视，严重的人还会出现恶心、呕吐、头晕的症状。
