根据TrendForce集邦咨询最新调查，随着汽车产业加速电动化、智能化进程，预计将推升全球车用半导体市场规模从2024年的677亿美元左右，稳健增长至2029年的近969亿美元，2024-2029复合年增长率(CAGR)达7.4%。

根据TrendForce集邦咨询最新调查，近期因存储器市况呈现供不应求，带动一般型DRAM(Conventional DRAM)价格急速攀升，尽管HBM3e受惠于GPU、ASIC订单同步上修，价格也随之走扬，但是预期未来一年HBM3e和DDR5的平均销售价格(ASP)差距仍将明显收敛。

PlayNitride（錼创科技）董事会于12月16日公告表示，将以200万美元收购美国Lumiode Inc.之100%股权。TrendForce集邦咨询分析，Lumiode已成立十年，这项并购案将有助PlayNitride在扩张技术与专利版图的同时，获取更多北美客户以及销售渠道，从而提升该公司在近眼显示与医疗等非显示应用的国际竞争力。
